The selection procedure first commences with a pre-placement
talk which lasts for around 20-30 minutes followed by :
1.Written test & Coding test
2.Group Discussion (optional - depends on the panel) and
3.Interview
Written test details:
Written test includes two aptitude sections.
First section is a general aptitude section and other section
has technical questions. Each section consists of 20 questions and total duration
of written exam is 60 mins.
Most of questions are of normal difficulty level, a fast computation
and strong command in vocabulary will take you easily to the next rounds. A key
factor is most of the questions are trial and error based, analog, reasoning
and assertion. Following topics are covered in aptitude test: Profit and Loss,
Compound Interest, Simple Interest, time and work, Mixtures.
Coding section:
Under this section there will be 10 questions, based on four
languages. Student/applicant need to select any two of the options provided. In
first set you will have to select C/C++ and in other set you will have to
select Java/PHP .Total duration of coding section will be 30 minutes and each
set will have 5 questions.
Group Discussion :
Based on the shortlist of written test, students are called
for group discussion round. The main motive behind this is to test your
vocabulary, team management skills and presentation skills.
Flipkart Interview Details
During the interview, they may ask few simple questions such
as, write a code for Fibonacci series using recursion, time and space
complexity of the program and also questions based on Ds Algorithm and Problem
Solving, DBMS etc. are asked.
HR Interview procedure is usually casual and friendly
They will ask you about your future plans and projects.
