Eligibility Criteria:

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech with 3-6 years of experience designing and building software applications with an emphasis on web and multi-tiered systems.

Requirements & Roles:

Detail-oriented, self-managed, self-starter comfortable with working both independently and collaborating with other team members, including those overseas

Good team player with desire to share knowledge with and learn from others

Extensive experience with J2SE 1.6 / 1.7; Java Servlets API; MVC frameworks, preferably Spring MVC; template engines; HTML and JavaScript basics; GIT; Eclipse 3.x; Maven 3; and JUnit 4

Experience a plus in RDBMS/SQL; JDBC; Hibernate; HTTP protocols and related APIs in Java; Oracle, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, and / or PostgreSQL; DHTML; XML and / or web services (Axis, WSDL, etc.); Java-based rich-client applications, preferably Eclipse/SWT); GUI APIs (SWT); and J2EE Frameworks (Spring)

Comfortable working with Linux/Unix as desktop development and production environment.
